About Dr. Larry D. Barbles, D.D.S. and his Staff
Dr. Larry D. Barbles, D.D.S.I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and then the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. After dental school I completed a two year internship in the United States Army, stationed in Monterey, California. I practiced family and cosmetic dentistry in Houston, Texas for 25 years before moving to Franklin. I am very interested in personal health and nutrition, and enjoy working out on a daily basis. Since moving to North CarolinaI I have become very interested in hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking. Especially, I have enjoyed traveling and seeing all that Western North Carolina and the Smokey Mountains has to offer. |
FalonI have lived here in Franklin my whole life, I graduated from Franklin High School in 2000. I then attended AB Tech for Dental Radiography where I received my certification. I have been a dental assistant for 3 years now and absolutely love it. Dr. Barbles is a great guy to work for but most important he is a great dentist. My relationship with Dr. Barbles and the other staff members is great, I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. |
JesseI graduated from Franklin High School in 2005, and attended Southwestern Community College for General Education. I received my Dental Radiography Certification from AB Tech. Since then, I’ve been the Receptionist/ Dental Assistant for Dr. Barbles. I have lived in this beautiful, incredible town my whole life… The rewarding perks of this office are working with my sister, Falon, and the tight bond between Dr. Barbles and all of our staff. We have a very laid back but very professional atmosphere in the office. Normally a dental office is not a place you want to visit, but if you want to have a great experience and feel welcome, this is the office you want to contact. |
MandyI am a native of Jackson County. Western Carolina University allowed me to complete my Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Several years later, I received my dental hygiene degree from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. In July of 2007, I began working with Dr. Barbles and his staff. We have developed into a great team. I enjoy meeting and helping people with their dental needs. It is rewarding to see our patients smile. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors.
